Yesterday I got myself in a mood. One of those self-pitying, dreary Sunday states where even a winning lottery ticket would be met with scorn. Crocheting helped. As did the Golden Globes, dull as they were.

And now it's Monday and there's a kitty on me and it's snowing and I have a new beanie to show off on my afternoon walk. The world looks much better now.
